Why are we doing this?
Because we understand that more choices for renters means a higher likelihood of renting your property. Since we are in our infancy, we need large numbers of listers to be successful.
Our years of experience with vacation rentals and golf tournament rentals has provided us with the knowledge and tools to successfully administer this site. We have personally traveled to 48 of the 50 states and to 2 territories on business and vacation travel over the past 20 years, therefore, we are thoroughly familiar with vacation destinations in all areas of the United States.
We are a family-owned business that has been around since 1997, and recently decided to expand our presence to the internet.
We have used our competitor’s sites many times in the past, and wanted to improve upon the process.
We don’t expect to divert business from the large vacation rental websites that have been in existence for many years. But we believe, as many vacation rental experts do, that a property should be listed on 3 to 5 websites for maximum exposure. We want to help you achieve that maximum exposure. Here’s how we propose to do just that:

During our initial growth period, we expect to see many improvements to our website options. As a part of this process we want to encourage feedback from owners.
